In addition, the towns and villages boast particularly fascinating architecture. Puglia is authentic thanks to its simple cuisine, which combines high-quality ingredients with regional wines, including the world-famous Primitivo and Negroamaro.
Not to be forgotten is the extraordinary and interesting town of Alberobello, capital of the Trulli and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
